About the space
A traditional Andalucian 1 bedroom rustic house located just a few hundred meters from the sea and that sleeps comfortably a family of 3. You have a king sized bed in the master ensuite bedroom and a additional sofa bed in the living room space. Consisting of an open plan kitchen and living room/dining room, a spacious bedroom and master bathroom with both shower and a bathtub and a dual sink. You also have a spacious terrace and garden. Tucked away on a quiet street amongst other villas, yet offering a complete privacy and opportunity to feel like living in the countryside. Closest grocery store is just a few hundred meters away, there are several beach bars and restaurants again just steps away from the house and central Elviria is less than 1km away. A truly unique experience is an opportunity to feel disconnected while still in the city. Although the house itself is rustic, it has been refurbished with new furniture and details to make it cozy. This property is rented out with a minimum on 2 weeks ( weekly price 1000€.-) or monthly starting from 2200€. The property is available to rent until 15th of October 2023.

To book a 50% deposit must be paid either by bank transfer or credit card online. Remaining 50% can be paid by bank transfer 3 days prior arrival or by cash upon check in.

We have a few rules which we would like to let you know about. We know rules are boring, but we’d really appreciate it if you could have a quick read.
Check In is after 4PM and Check Out is latest at 11AM Our cleaner will arrive shortly after 11am to clean the property. We can’t stop her; she is a cleaning machine.
The apartment should be left in the same condition as it was before check in.
Number of Guests: please ensure total guests match that on your booking. Please note we charge extra 20€ per person per night for any extra guests that do not appear in your original booking.
There is zero tolerance for parties. Keep noise to a minimum after 10pm There shall not be smoking inside the home. No parties or events are allowed. If these house rules are violated, you must vacate the apartment immediately and are subject to a fine of 300€.
We would really appreciate it if you could turn off all lights and air-conditioning when you leave the house each day, and check out. Do not use the air conditioning while the windows / doors are open.
There is a penalty of 100€ for a lost set of keys.
We understand that accidents happen. But we do ask that you please let us know when they do. Chances are we can fix them as effortlessly as possible which also means a better experience for you as well.

Highly recommend!!!

I tillegg var vi meget fornøyde med beliggenheten, kort avstand... read more til strand samt til både matbutikk og restauranter. Rolige omgivelser samtidig som man er meget nær hovedveien dersom man skal forflytte seg til andre steder. Super plass å leie.

Slept very well, to double bed with doubleduvets. A lot of channels inncl nrk, danish and swedish tv. Great wi-fi.
Will highly revommend, like to come back.

4/18/2022Dejlig lejlighed med gåafstand til stranden og flere strandrestauranter. Nabo til Nikki Beach som er et besøg værd hvis man er til fest og luksus.

Det store hotel som lå lige overfor lejligheden var under renovering, så der var støj i dagtimerne .
Poolen var meget crowded og der var meget larm fra børn og børnefamilier. Ikke anbefalet voksne, der ønsker ro, da der var badedyr og boldspil overalt i poolen. Poolen var dog fin og rolig efter kl. 19.00.
God restaurent på stedet.
Lejligheden ligger godt til hyggelige byer i nærheden bla Ronda og Cesares er et besøg værd - og selvfølgelig Port Banus, hvis man er til dyre butikker, biler og store yachts.
Der ligger en fin vejledning i lejligheden.
Gretel var sød og imødekommende og skønt med privat parkering .

The apartment is exactly as depicted on the airbnb site - the description and photos are very accurate.
Gretel was very helpful and flexible regarding check-in and check-out times; also helping out with "what if" issues regarding travel changes that may or may not occur. First class communicator.
We visited and enjoyed all the beach side eateries from El Tony's to Pepe's at Lido Beach and every stop in between.
The apartment was well equipped and had everything we needed for our one-week stay.
Highly recommended.
