Welcome to your home away from home, a modern and cosy 2-bedroom apartment with private parking located on a 2nd floor (accessible also with an elevator) in a luxury gated complex just steps away from the beach! The urbanisation features lush tropical gardens with waterfalls and several pools for you to enjoy. Located next-door to Nikki Beach and 5-star Hotel Don Carlos and just a few minutes walking from friendly neighbourhood cafes, bars and shops, you have everything you need in close vicinity.
The apartment features two bedrooms (1 queen, 1 king size bed), a fully equipped kitchen, living room & dining area with a chaise lounge sofa that can accommodate an extra guest or child if needed, 2 bathrooms and a terrace with additional dining table. The apartment has been fully renovated to the highest standard and features all comforts needed for a well-deserved stay.
The living space features a 55” smart TV with access to Netflix and a good selection of international TV channels. In the kitchen you have access to a washer and dryer, a capsule coffee machine, a toaster and kettle and you will find a hair dryer in the master bathroom and complimentary amenities. We also always make sure you have access to some fresh bottles of water, coffee and tea on your arrival so you don’t need to rush to the shops straight away! There is also a seasonal on-site restaurant and bar at the property for your convenience right next to the main pool area!
We have put a lot of love and effort into designing this comfortable space for our guests and want to make sure you have the most memorable and fantastic time. The apartment also has wifi. We also provide a digital detox box to place your phones in to allow you to unplug – enjoy a selection of board games we have left behind for you or browse the library of thoughtfully chosen books for a literature adventure. Unwind on the cosy outdoor terrace and enjoy the sounds of surrounding nature.
You are also in an easy reach to several golf courses, there are 2 fitness centres, a luxury spa and tennis courts at a walking distance from the apartment that you can pay to gain access. Nikki Beach is next door, and you can access the beach & sea directly though the gardens.
Please note that the restaurant, bar and pool area are closed during the winter season and typically operate between the months of April – October both months inclusive.

We have a few rules which we would like to let you know about. We know rules are boring, but we’d really appreciate it if you could have a quick read.
Check In is after 4PM and Check Out is latest at 11AM Our cleaner will arrive shortly after 11am to clean the property. We can’t stop her; she is a cleaning machine.
The apartment should be left in the same condition as it was before check in.
Number of Guests: please ensure total guests match that on your booking. Please note we charge extra 20€ per person per night for any extra guests that do not appear in your original booking.
There is zero tolerance for parties. Keep noise to a minimum after 10pm There shall not be smoking inside the home. No parties or events are allowed. If these house rules are violated, you must vacate the apartment immediately and are subject to a fine of 300€.
We would really appreciate it if you could turn off all lights and air-conditioning when you leave the house each day, and check out. Do not use the air conditioning while the windows / doors are open.
There is a penalty of 100€ for a lost set of keys.
We understand that accidents happen. But we do ask that you please let us know when they do. Chances are we can fix them as effortlessly as possible which also means a better experience for you as well.

Cancellations up to 30 days prior to planned arrival: no cancellation fee. Up to 30 days before arrival: 50% cancellation fee. Reservations cancelled shorter than 14 days before planned arrival will be fully charged.
