Bright, Beautiful, newly renovated modern studio apartment with a south-west facing sunny terrace that offers plenty of chill out space and privacy. The studio apartment is located in Romana Playa Complex, a first line beach luxury complex. The secured development has 3000m2 of gardens and communal areas, three pools, other two shallow pools for children and also a children’s playground. The area is very quiet and from here you have easy access to various beach restaurants and supermarkets.
Playa de la Vibora is located right in front of Romana Playa Complex. It’s a clean beach with moderate waves, mostly frequented by families. It is covered in fine sand; the water is good and during summer the entire beach is daily cleaned daily both manually and mechanically. You have many restaurants and chiringuitos right on the beach from where you can rent sunbeds and umbrellas. The beach restaurants right in front of the development: Perla Blanca and El Laurel. Both has on offer very extensive fish menu, also large choice for non-fish eaters.
In the area – walking distance – you’ll find the world-famous Nikki Beach Marbella Club where they have world-class DJs and live musicians, the hottest parties and top-class entertainment.
In 500 meters (10-minute walk) you have Elviria shopping area. Here you can find two big supermarkets, grocery shops, pharmacy, hairdressers, many bars and many restaurants. As well as biggest adventure park of Andalusia – Amazonia park.
In just 3 km (5 min by car) you have two local supermarkets, Mercadona and Lidl that offer you food supplies, fresh fish, vegetables and fresh baked bread.
Within a 4 km you reach the hidden pearl of Costa del Sol, Puerto Cabopino. It’s a small but enchanting harbor with pretty port, with its small boatyard, attractive architecture and a large choice of restaurants.
Marbella city center and old town just 15 min drive, the most famous harbor Puerto Banus – 20 min drive.
For golf lovers, within short drive Cabopino Golf course or Santa María Golf Club: an 18 holes course in which you can enjoy a permanent view of the sea while you swing.
The nearest airport is Malaga, 33 km from Romana Playa Elviria.

We have a few rules which we would like to let you know about. We know rules are boring, but we’d really appreciate it if you could have a quick read.
Check In is after 4PM and Check Out is latest at 11AM Our cleaner will arrive shortly after 11am to clean the property. We can’t stop her; she is a cleaning machine.
The apartment should be left in the same condition as it was before check in.
Number of Guests: please ensure total guests match that on your booking. Please note we charge extra 20€ per person per night for any extra guests that do not appear in your original booking.
There is zero tolerance for parties. Keep noise to a minimum after 10pm There shall not be smoking inside the home. No parties or events are allowed. If these house rules are violated, you must vacate the apartment immediately and are subject to a fine of 300€.
We would really appreciate it if you could turn off all lights and air-conditioning when you leave the house each day, and check out. Do not use the air conditioning while the windows / doors are open.
There is a penalty of 100€ for a lost set of keys.
We understand that accidents happen. But we do ask that you please let us know when they do. Chances are we can fix them as effortlessly as possible which also means a better experience for you as well.
All booking requests that are confirmed by us are subject to our cancellation policy. The cancellation fee applies to the total of services booked and confirmed at the moment of cancellation. A cancellation should be communicated in writing, using info@holidayapartmentsmarbella.com email
Cancellations up to 30 days prior to planned arrival: no cancellation fee. Up to 30 days before arrival: 50% cancellation fee. Reservations cancelled shorter than 14 days before planned arrival will be fully charged.
