spacious glazed practical laundry room. The laundry room can be converted to an office or even an extra bedroom in the future.
The living room has an electrical fireplace as a nice design feature but also that provides heat and built-in furniture with TV. The bedrooms are large with high ceilings and built in wardrobes. Each room overlooks the sea and has direct access to the large terrace. The terrace is completely covered with glass brand new windows to enjoy the terrace all year around. Although the apartment is a short walk away from the town center, it is very safe, quiet and tranquil.
The large sized terrace can accommodate in the future a BBQ area, sofa lounge area as well as dining area – the terrace has been closed entirely with high quality and brand-new glass curtains and hence can be enjoyed as extended living space all year around (the glass doors open up in full extension). The apartment has underground parking and a storage room. It is only a couple minutes’ drive and less than 10-minute walk to Elviria Commercial center and the beach.

To book a 50% deposit must be paid either by bank transfer or credit card online. Remaining 50% can be paid by bank transfer 3 days prior arrival or by cash upon check in.

We have a few rules which we would like to let you know about. We know rules are boring, but we’d really appreciate it if you could have a quick read.
Check In is after 4PM and Check Out is latest at 11AM Our cleaner will arrive shortly after 11am to clean the property. We can’t stop her; she is a cleaning machine.
The apartment should be left in the same condition as it was before check in.
Number of Guests: please ensure total guests match that on your booking. Please note we charge extra 20€ per person per night for any extra guests that do not appear in your original booking.
There is zero tolerance for parties. Keep noise to a minimum after 10pm There shall not be smoking inside the home. No parties or events are allowed. If these house rules are violated, you must vacate the apartment immediately and are subject to a fine of 300€.
We would really appreciate it if you could turn off all lights and air-conditioning when you leave the house each day, and check out. Do not use the air conditioning while the windows / doors are open.
There is a penalty of 100€ for a lost set of keys.
We understand that accidents happen. But we do ask that you please let us know when they do. Chances are we can fix them as effortlessly as possible which also means a better experience for you as well.

Air con, washing... read more machine and dishwasher. Complex is beautiful and 300yards to the sea. Also a great pool area with lounges and umbrellas. Even a cafe and bar in the pool area. Highly recommend!!!

Slept very well, to double bed with doubleduvets. A lot of channels inncl nrk, danish and swedish tv. Great wi-fi.

I tillegg var vi meget fornøyde med beliggenheten, kort avstand... read more til strand samt til både matbutikk og restauranter. Rolige omgivelser samtidig som man er meget nær hovedveien dersom man skal forflytte seg til andre steder. Super plass å leie.
